How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings, then Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so sign in with the same one you bought with.
I still see ads after buying Remove Ads.
Force quit the game and open it again, then use Restore Purchases in Settings. If a banner still shows, email us the order receipt and we will sort it out.
I switched phones and my progress is gone.
GridSnap saves on the device, not in the cloud. A phone backup from Apple or Google may bring it back. We cannot restore it from our side because we never hold a copy.
How does the Daily Challenge streak work?
Play the daily puzzle on the day it appears and your streak grows. The day counts in your local time, including around daylight saving changes.
Can I turn off reminders?
Yes. Settings, then Reminders. Turning them off cancels every scheduled notification.
Does GridSnap need an account?
No. Game Center and Play Games sign-in is optional and only used for achievements and leaderboards.
Refunds
Every payment is taken by Apple or Google, so refunds come from them. On the App Store use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play use your order history. If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, email us and we will help with the request.
