Trio Bloom: Tile Match Puzzle

Privacy Policy

Effective 26 October 2026

Effective 6 November 2026. Updated for Trio Bloom 1.7 (one-time purchases to remove ads, through Google Play and RevenueCat); first written for Trio Bloom 1.0.

The short version.

  • Trio Bloom has no account and no login.
  • We never ask for your name, your email address or your location, and we run no server that stores anything about you. Your levels, progress and settings live on your own phone.
  • Three kinds of information can leave your device:
    • gameplay statistics, sent to Google Firebase. You can turn these off in Settings.
    • crash reports, sent to Google Firebase.
    • what the advertising system needs to show an ad.
  • All of it is tied to random device identifiers, never to your name.
  • From version 1.7 you can pay once to remove ads (No ads), or to remove ads and skip the helper videos (No ads Plus). Google Play takes the payment; we never see your card details.

1. Who we are

Trio Bloom: Tile Match ("the game") is published by ChillWithNaFu Games LLC ("we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. We are responsible for the information described here.

Contact: chillwithnafu@gmail.com, or ChillWithNaFu Games LLC, 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States.

2. What the game collects automatically

Gameplay statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase). We use these to see how the game is played: which levels people finish or lose, and how often helpers are used. The game sends events such as:

  • a level was started, won or lost, with its number and how many tries it took;
  • a helper (Undo, Shuffle, Magnet, Bloom) or a second chance was used;
  • a rewarded-video offer was shown or accepted;
  • an ad was requested, shown or failed to load, and what an ad earned;
  • which privacy answer applied on a launch, including your answer to Apple's tracking prompt.

There is no free-text field anywhere in the game. We never assign you a user ID.

Firebase also collects standard technical information:

  • device model, operating system version, language;
  • sessions and screens viewed;
  • a random app-instance identifier that Google generates;
  • an approximate location (country or region) worked out from your IP address;
  • on Android, your advertising ID unless you have deleted it.

You can turn gameplay statistics off at any time in Settings → Gameplay statistics. When it's off, the game sends no analytics at all.

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics). When the game crashes or hits an error we track, Crashlytics records the technical stack trace, the state of the app at that moment, your device model, operating system and app version, and a random installation identifier. It holds nothing you typed and no user ID.

Advertising. See section 5.

3. What you give us

If you buy No ads or No ads Plus, Google Play handles the payment. We receive a record of the purchase (which item, when, the price and the store's transaction number) through RevenueCat, never your name, card or Google account details.

Nothing else, unless you write to us. If you email us (for example from Settings → Support or Report an ad), we will have your email address and your message, and we use them only to answer you.

4. What we do not collect

  • No location permission. The game asks for none. Firebase and the ad networks can estimate your country or region from your IP address, as every internet service can.
  • No contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, photos or files.
  • No accounts, no login, no social sign-in.
  • No name, email address, phone number or postal address is requested by the game.
  • No sale of your data for money. See section 13 for what US law may call a "sale" or "sharing".
  • No payment details. From version 1.7 the game sells one-time purchases: No ads, No ads Plus, and Add Plus (the step from No ads to Plus). There are no subscriptions. Payment goes through Google Play (Apple's App Store when the iOS version offers it). We never see your card details.
  • No data from notifications. From version 1.5 the game can send one reminder when the Daily Bloom is ready, only if you allow notifications. It is scheduled on your phone and sends nothing to us or anyone else. You can turn it off in your phone's settings.

5. Advertising, and your choices about it

The game is paid for by ads, kept light on purpose.

  • Rewarded videos play only when you choose "Watch", for example to refill a helper you have run out of or for a second chance after a lost level.
  • Full-screen ads appear only after you win a level, never during a level and never right after a loss. They are spaced out with minimum gaps in levels and in time, which we adjust as we learn what players are comfortable with.
  • Banner ads may appear for some players: a small banner at the bottom of the screen while you play a level (and, if we turn it on, at the bottom of the Home screen). It never covers the board, the tray or any button, it hides whenever a menu or another ad is open, and it is not shown on screens too small to fit it.

We use Appodeal, a mediation service that runs an auction among many ad networks for each ad and shows the winner. Appodeal's privacy policy: https://appodeal.com/privacy-policy/

What the ad networks receive:

  • your device's advertising ID (on iPhone and iPad only if you allow tracking);
  • your IP address and the approximate location worked out from it;
  • your device model, operating system, app identifier and technical details such as memory and connection type;
  • how you interact with ads;
  • your privacy choices.

What some networks also record in their own software, by their own descriptions:

  • identifiers they assign themselves;
  • crash and diagnostic data from their ad code;
  • how long the app is used;
  • purchase activity (from 1.7, whether No ads or No ads Plus was bought);
  • in one case (Start.io), whether certain other apps are installed on the device.

Each network uses what it receives under its own privacy policy (section 7).

Personalized ads switch. Settings → Personalized ads. Turn it off, and from the next time you open the game we ask Appodeal and its networks to show only non-personalized ads, and we tell Google Analytics not to use your data for ads. You still see ads; they are just less relevant.

The iPhone tracking prompt. On iPhone and iPad, the first time you open the game, iOS shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any advertising software starts. If you say no, your advertising identifier is not shared, and ads become less relevant; they don't go away. Android has no equivalent prompt.

Where you live. Version 1.0 is not offered in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. In US states with privacy laws, Settings may also show a Privacy choices row, which opens a form to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.

6. What stays on your device

These are stored only in the game's private storage on your phone or tablet, and none of it is sent anywhere:

  • your current level and its state;
  • your highest level and chapter progress;
  • your best combos;
  • your settings and privacy switches;
  • your answers to the tutorial;
  • whether you own No ads or No ads Plus, so they keep working when you are offline.

Your phone's own backup (iCloud Backup or Android Auto Backup) may include it in a backup that belongs to you; we have no access to it. Uninstalling the game removes all of it.

7. The companies we rely on

Each company below receives information because it provides part of the game, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

CompanyWhat it doesPrivacy policy

Google (Firebase)Gameplay statistics and crash reportsfirebase.google.com/support/privacy

RevenueCat, Inc.Checks No ads and No ads Plus purchases with Google Play (and Apple), and restores them on a new device. It assigns a random ID to the install and keeps the purchase record.revenuecat.com/privacy

The ad networks Appodeal can pass an ad request to in Trio Bloom:

We have a direct relationship with Appodeal only. We update this list when a released version changes it.

8. Where your information goes

These companies operate globally and may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Each one's own policy describes the safeguards it applies.

9. How long information is kept

InformationKept for
Everything on your deviceUntil you uninstall the game
Gameplay statistics tied to a device (Firebase)14 months, then deleted automatically. Totals that describe no one are kept.
Crash reports (Crashlytics)90 days
Information held by Appodeal and the ad networksTheir own retention periods, in their policies (section 7)
Purchase records (RevenueCat and Google Play)As long as the purchase can be restored, and as their policies and tax law require
Emails you send usUp to 24 months after the conversation ends

10. Your choices and controls

  • Gameplay statistics: Settings in the game → Gameplay statistics (off stops all analytics).
  • Personalized ads: Settings in the game → Personalized ads.
  • Privacy choices (some US states): Settings in the game → Privacy choices.
  • Ad tracking on iPhone or iPad: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Advertising ID on Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete it.
  • Everything at once: uninstalling the game stops all collection and erases everything it stored on your device.

11. Deleting your information

Trio Bloom has no account and we never learn who you are, so we can't find or delete information about a particular player when asked. You stay in control of what leaves your device: turn off Gameplay statistics and Personalized ads in the game's Settings, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or uninstall the game, which stops all collection at once. Purchases of No ads or No ads Plus stay with your Google Play account so you can restore them; Google Play's purchase history is in your Google account. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days. If you have a question, write to chillwithnafu@gmail.com.

12. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland

Version 1.0 is not offered in these regions. If you use it there anyway (for example while travelling), you have the rights your local law gives you: access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint to your data protection authority. Section 11 explains what we can and can't do without an account.

13. If you are in the United States

State privacy laws may give you rights over your information: to know what is collected, to get a copy, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Section 11 explains what we can do without an account.

"Sale" and "sharing." We don't sell your information for money. Letting ad networks use your advertising ID to choose which ads to show you may still count as a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under California and other state laws. To opt out:

  • turn off Settings → Personalized ads in the game;
  • where shown, use Settings → Privacy choices;
  • or turn off tracking in your device settings.

Categories under California law:

  • identifiers (advertising ID, installation IDs);
  • internet or app activity (section 2);
  • coarse location inferred from your IP address;
  • device and diagnostic information;
  • commercial information: purchase records, if you buy No ads or No ads Plus.

We don't collect sensitive personal information, and we don't knowingly collect or share information of anyone under 16. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

14. Children

Trio Bloom is made for adults; on Google Play it is listed for ages 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. If you think a child has used the game, contact us and we'll help with what we can identify.

15. Security

On your device: what the game stores is protected by your device's own security, your passcode and the operating system's app sandboxing.

In transit: the game sends information over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). On Android it blocks unencrypted web connections at the system level, and every ad network that publishes an answer says it encrypts data in transit.

On their servers: what the ad networks do with information once it reaches them is set by their own policies. We run no server and keep no player database, so there is no central store of player information to be breached.

16. Test versions

Versions we give to testers before launch show only test ads. They send the same gameplay statistics and crash reports described here.

17. Changes to this policy

We update this page when the game changes, and before a version that collects something new reaches you. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
