Effective 24 October 2026. Updated for Trio Bloom 1.5 (full-screen ads from level 10); first written for Trio Bloom 1.0.
The short version. Trio Bloom is free to play and paid for by light advertising. Version 1.0 sells nothing. There is no account: your progress lives on your device. Every level is built to be winnable, and nothing in the game counts down or runs out while you are away.
1. Agreeing to these terms
Trio Bloom: Tile Match ("the game") is published by ChillWithNaFu Games LLC ("we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company at 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States. By downloading or using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
How we handle information is covered separately in the Trio Bloom Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The game is a general-audience puzzle and is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that age is higher.
2. Your licence to use the game
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
The game, its level generation, sounds, text and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. The tile artwork is Noto Emoji by Google and the typeface is Fredoka, both used under open licences that are listed in the game's Settings. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game; reverse-engineer, decompile or extract its source code; create derivative versions; or remove any notices from it.
3. No account, and what that means
- Your progress lives on your device. Levels, chapter progress and settings are stored locally. We hold no copy and cannot recover them for you.
- Uninstalling deletes your progress. A device backup may restore it; that is between you and Apple or Google.
- Nothing to sign into. There is no login, no friends list and no cloud save.
4. Advertising
The game is supported by advertising, delivered through Appodeal's mediation service and the ad networks listed in the Privacy Policy. You may see rewarded videos, which are always optional: you only ever see one because you chose to watch it, for example to refill a helper you had run out of or for a second chance. From level 10 on you may also see a full-screen ad after a won level, spaced out by games and minutes, and never after a lost level. Some players may also see a small banner ad at the bottom of the screen (during a level, and possibly on the Home screen); it never covers the game. We do not control the content of individual ads. If you see something inappropriate, tell us and we will pass it to the network.
5. Purchases
Version 1.0 of the game offers nothing for sale. If a later version adds optional purchases, we will update these terms first. Whatever we sell will show its real price in your currency before you confirm, nothing will be random, and payment will be taken by Apple or Google, never by us. Refunds would then follow Apple's or Google's rules, and we would help you make a request if a purchase did not deliver what it promised.
6. Feedback you send us
If you send us a bug report, idea or review reply, you let us use it to improve the game without payment or credit to you. We will not publish your name or email address without asking.
7. Third-party services and links
The game relies on services we do not run: the App Store or Google Play, Firebase, and Appodeal with the ad networks it mediates. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their content, including the ads they show. Links in the game open your browser or the store and take you out of the game.
8. Apple- and Google-required terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game and are not responsible for any claim relating to it, including product liability, consumer protection, intellectual property or legal compliance claims. If the game fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, of the game itself; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. What you agree not to do
- Use modified clients, cheats, bots or automation to play.
- Exploit a bug for advantage, or interfere with the service for other players.
- Attempt to obtain ad rewards without watching as intended.
- Use the game for anything unlawful.
10. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or available forever. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or 10 U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where they apply, our liability is limited to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights you have as a consumer where you live.
11. Changes to the game and these terms
We may add, change or remove features, release updates and may stop distributing the game; we do not promise it will be available forever. Changing how levels are generated changes the levels for everyone, and we do that deliberately and rarely. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. If a change is significant we will say so in the game or on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We can end it if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (licence restrictions, disclaimers, limits on liability, general) continue after it ends.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the game.
