Can I play without ads?
Yes. No ads is a one-time purchase, and No ads Plus also skips the helper videos. The price shows in the game before you buy, and Restore purchases on the No ads screen brings them back on a new phone.
Is there a timer?
No. Nothing counts down, and nothing penalizes you for stopping mid-level.
What is Bloom?
The tray holds seven tiles. Bloom opens an extra petal slot at the end, up to two per level, so a tight spot gets a little room.
I lost a level. Was it unfair?
Every level is generated with a winning solution, and a second chance re-deals the board along a line that still wins. Hard levels are announced before they start.
Can I turn off sound and vibration?
Yes. Each has its own switch in Settings.
Does it need an account?
No. Progress is saved on your device.
Refunds
Every payment is taken by Apple or Google, so refunds come from them. On the App Store use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play use your order history. If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, email us and we will help with the request.
