Purchases and refunds

Payments are taken by Apple or Google, so refunds come from them: reportaproblem.apple.com on iPhone, your Google Play order history on Android. Restore Purchases lives in every game's Settings.

Progress on a new phone

Our games save on the device, not in the cloud, so a phone backup from Apple or Google is what brings progress back. We never hold a copy, which is also why there is nothing of yours to leak.
