Terms of Use

Each game has its own terms, because each game sells different things. This page carries the rules they share.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Our games are published by ChillWithNaFu Games LLC ("we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company at 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States. By downloading or using one of our games you agree to that game's terms and to these shared rules. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use each game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The games, their artwork, mascot, sounds, text and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute them; reverse-engineer, decompile or extract their source code; create derivative versions; or remove notices from them.

3. Money, said plainly

  • Our games are free to download and paid for by advertising. Rewarded videos only play when you ask for one. Full-screen ads come between rounds, never on a board in play.
  • No game uses energy meters, countdown offers invented to sell you something, or paid random rewards.
  • Every item shows its real price in your currency before you confirm. All payments are taken by Apple or Google, never by us, and refunds follow their rules. If a purchase did not deliver what it promised, email us and we will help you make the request.
  • Buying an ad-removal product stops banners and the full-screen ads between rounds. Optional rewarded videos remain available if you want them. We do not describe this as "no ads", because that would not be true.
  • Virtual items are a licence, not property. They have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded or moved between platforms.

4. No account

None of our games has a login. Progress is stored on your device and we hold no copy. Uninstalling deletes it; a device backup may restore it. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and are restored with Restore Purchases on a device signed in to the same account. They do not cross from the App Store to Google Play or back.

5. What you agree not to do

Do not use modified clients, cheats, bots or automation; exploit bugs for advantage; try to obtain purchases or ad rewards without paying or watching as intended; or use a game for anything unlawful. We may revoke access, reset leaderboard entries or stop serving a game to a device for serious or repeated abuse.

6. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of data or progress, and our total liability for any claim relating to a game is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or 10 U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights you have as a consumer where you live.

7. Apple- and Google-required terms

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support and are not responsible for claims relating to our games. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Changes, ending and general

We may change or retire features and products, and may update these terms; the effective date tells you which version you are reading. You can end the agreement any time by uninstalling. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
