Privacy Policy

Effective 8 November 2026

Each game has its own policy, written for exactly what that game does. This page is the studio-wide version: the rules every game follows, and where to find the details.

Pick your game

1. Who we are

ChillWithNaFu Games LLC ("we", "us") is a Michigan limited liability company at 2222 W Grand River Ave, Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States. We publish mobile puzzle games: GridSnap - Block Puzzle, Sudoku - Mind Puzzle, Trio Bloom: Tile Match, and any other game released under this studio. We are the company responsible for the information described here; in European terms, the data controller. Reach us at chillwithnafu@gmail.com.

2. The rules every game follows

  • No account, no login, no server of ours. Your progress, settings and purchase records live on your own device. We hold nothing filed under your name because we never learn it.
  • We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. No game requests a location permission.
  • Payment details go to Apple or Google. We never see a card number.
  • Our games are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live if higher.

3. What can leave your device

Depending on the game, up to four kinds of information leave your device. Each game's own policy says exactly which apply to it.

  • Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports, sent to Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and, in some games, Remote Config). Counts and events: a puzzle started, a level won, a setting changed. No free text, no user ID. Firebase itself records device model, OS version, language, a random app-instance identifier, an approximate location from your IP address and, on Android, the advertising ID unless you have limited it.
  • Advertising requests, handled by Appodeal and the ad networks it mediates: your advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allowed tracking), IP address and approximate location, device details, and how you interacted with the ad. Ads are personalised only where you allow it: in the EU, UK and Switzerland through the consent message, on iPhone through Apple's tracking prompt.
  • Purchase receipts, when a game sells something. Apple or Google take the payment. Some games use RevenueCat to check and restore purchases; it receives the store receipt and a random app user identifier, never your name or payment details.
  • Attribution signals, in games we advertise: Meta's App Events software tells Meta the game was installed and opened so we can tell whether our ads work. Totals only; we never see you.

4. This website

This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies for an ordinary visit. One exception: if you arrive by tapping one of our Google ads, the Trio Bloom page loads Google's ad measurement tag (Google Ads conversion tracking). It reads the click ID that Google added to the ad's link, may keep that ID in a cookie on this site, and tells Google when you tap the Google Play button, so we can see which ads lead people to the store. We see only totals, never who you are. Google handles this data under its privacy policy; you can manage ad personalisation at My Ad Center.

The Google Play buttons on our pages add a short label (for example "website" or "google") to the store link, so the game can tell how it was found. It holds no personal information.

5. Your choices

  • Ad tracking on iPhone or iPad: Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking.
  • Ad tracking on Android: Settings, Google, Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.
  • Consent in Europe and the UK: each game's Settings has a Privacy options or Privacy choices row wherever the consent form applies; Sudoku - Mind Puzzle does not yet have that screen and its policy says so.
  • Everything at once: uninstalling a game stops all collection immediately and erases everything it stored on your device.

6. How long information is kept

Everything on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the game. Firebase Analytics data tied to a device is kept for up to 14 months, crash reports for 90 days. Purchase records are kept for as long as a purchase can be restored. Advertising partners keep data under their own retention periods, linked from each game's policy. Emails you send us are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to or restrict processing. In the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland those rights are set out in data-protection law, and you may complain to your national authority. In the United States, state laws may give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising; the device settings above are the effective control and work immediately. Because we hold no identifying information, a request usually needs your advertising ID or Firebase installation ID so we can find the matching records. We will not start collecting identifying information purely to process requests. Email chillwithnafu@gmail.com with the game's name; we reply within 30 days.

8. Children

If you believe a child under the age above has used one of our games and you would like their information removed, contact us and we will delete what we can identify.

9. Changes

When a game changes what it collects, that game's policy changes first and its effective date moves. This page is updated when the studio-wide rules change.
